All 25 Montana Colleges and Universities (4 year, 2 year, public, private, tribal, etc.) are welcome to present.
Also, we typically invite a MAFSAA Representative to address changes in Financial Aid, as well as, the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education to present on updates. From year to year, we add other announcements as needed or as sponsored.
We typically host this event every November. This event typically is hosted from around 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Summer Conference
General Details: This is an annual conference for the MPSEOC membership and other interested parties. All Montana College and University Admission and New Student Services offices are invited to attend along with several education organizations. This Conference is focused on statewide collaboration of higher education and professional development for individuals who work in the education field.
Typically, this event is hosted within the first week of August. Each year we rotate to a new location in Montana.

Typical Audience Reach: 60-90 attendees depending upon location. This is a perfect way to reach all Montana colleges and university representatives and many statewide education organizations.
Montana College Fair Tour
General Details: All Montana High Schools, Counselors, Junior and Senior Students, Non – Traditional Students, and Parents are invited to attend at no cost.
Depending upon each fair, we host anywhere from 60-90 Colleges, Universities, Agencies, and Military from all over the world on this tour.
This is a three (3) region, three (3) week tour that covers the entire state of Montana.
Eastern Region (2nd full open week in September) Havre, Glasgow, Sidney, Glendive, Miles City, and Colstrip
Central Region (3rd week in September) Bozeman, Livingston, Billings, Lewistown, Great Falls, and Cut Bank
Western Region (4th week in September) Butte, Helena, Missoula, Hamilton, Polson, and Kalispell
College Ca$h Scholarships: Each year we give away $1000’s of dollars to students who simply attend these statewide fairs. This is just a simple way for us to encourage, promote, and thank students for being proactive in searching for options after high school. This has been a very popular sponsorship option in the past, and we have given scholarships up to $17,000 each year.

College Pride Week
General Details: Celebrating our 6th year of this statewide, Montana program, we are excited to see this celebration grow with each passing year. MPSEOC has worked in collaboration with MSU's Alumni Department and several other departments to make this program a success in a very short time.

This annual celebration in September is promoted throughout all of Montana in hopes to show students the support of them pursuing higher education and continue to create a "college-going culture" in Montana.
Montana Guide To Higher Education | Online Resources
General Details: This book helps students see, understand, and then reach for their dreams by giving them the right tools to be successful after high school. By increasing student’s awareness, you directly increase their options. This is our overall goal.
This Interactive Online Guide Book is free to anyone who wants to learn about options after high school.
This book is vastly used by counselors, teachers, students, parents, colleges, and agencies as a guide to higher education and in general opportunities for students after high school.

Montana Tribal College Fair Circuit | Team
General Details: This is a fairly new event, but we are excited to offer this opportunity to work closely with Montana’s Tribal Colleges and students.
We host six (6) Montana Tribal College / Career Fairs each year of the Tribal Colleges in Montana.
This is a great way to reach Native American students and transfer students.
It is also a wonderful way to work with Montana’s Tribal Colleges.

NEW! Campus Counselor Training Programs
General Details: This MPSEOC program is offered in collaboration with Montana's colleges and universities in trying to offer on-campus, personal training for counselors. The goal is to help give counselors the first-hand experience in the tools needed to help students with the transition from high school to college. This is a very new offering for us, and we are very excited to see this program grow for years to come!

Typical Audience Reach: Reach: Montana High School and Junior High Counselors are invited to attend these events that take place on individual campuses throughout the year. Therefore, the reach is varied per campus training and region of the state that the training is held.
